DANVILLE, Va. -- Daniel Surley's goal in the 105th minute of play gave Averett University a 3-2 USA South men's soccer win over Ferrum College in two overtimes tonight at Campbell Stadium.

THE BASICS
Ferrum led 2-0 on goals by Jordan Gibson and Shamarr Perry. Averett's David Cuperman and Kevin Watford had a goal each to tie it by halftime, and the two teams played the second half and first overtime scoreless. Surely took a pass from Ricki Roman at the 104:19 mark in the second overtime period and put it past Ferrum goalkeeper Derek Thomas to cap the comeback.
