GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Ferrum College tied Greensboro College 2-2 in double overtime in USA South women's soccer action this afternoon at Pride Field.

THE BASICS
The Panthers trailed 2-0 late in the game when Greensboro scored an own goal at 73:53. Alexis McCargo then scored for Ferrum with 1:06 left in regulation to send the game into overtime. Neither team could score in the two 10-minute overtimes. This is the second overtime game that Ferrum and Greensboro have played this season. On Sept. 25 in Ferrum, the Panthers were whistled for a hand ball inside the box 35 seconds into the first overtime period, and Greensboro converted the PK for a 2-1 league win.
