LEXINGTON, Virginia -- The Ferurm College women's soccer team dropped an Old Dominion Athletic Conference match up on the road to Washington and Lee University Sunday afternoon, 5-1.

THE BASICS
Washington and Lee got things started in the scoring column with a goal from Cameron Grainger in the 17th minute.

The Generals would then push the advantage to 2-0 with a Lindsay White goal in the 27th minute.

The Panthers would cut it in half at 2-1 in the 44th-minute as Sarah Crawford would find the back of the net for the first time in her young collegiate career from an Alex Mattson assist.

Washington and Lee would then take over in the second half, netting three more goals to push it out of reach. Erin Hoeh found the back of the net in the 59th and 60th minute and Ava Boussy would round out the scoring with a 71st-minute goal.
