EMORY, Virginia -- The Ferrum College's women's soccer team had a tough loss on the first road game of the season to non-conference opponent Emory & Henry, trailing 2-0 tonight at Fred Selfe Stadium.

THE BASICS
Grace Williams had a strong shot that found the back of the net in the 31st minute for the Wasps to make the advantage 1-0 heading into halftime.

Olivia Haynes got in on the action with an insurance goal with a shot 25 yards out in the 69th minute of the game.
