Box Score 2 WINCHESTER, Virginia -- Ferrum College dropped both ends of an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) baseball doubleheader with Shenandah University this afternoon on the road, falling 8-2 in the opener and 3-0 in the nightcap at Bridgeforth Field.

GAME ONE
Shenandoah scored a run in the third and three in the fourth to open a 4-0 lead in the opener. Ferrum bounced back with a pair of runs in the fifth inning, one on Ozzie Torres' RBI triple to center field and one on Nick Funk's groundout. The Hornets tacked on two runs in the seventh and two in the eighth to complete the win.

GAME TWO
The Hornets got all the runs they would need in the bottom of the first inning, scoring a run on Kyle Lisa's RBI double and Pearce Bucher's RBI single. Shenandoah added an insurance run in the eighth inning to complete the ODAC series sweep.
