Box Score 2 FERRUM, Virginia -- Ferrum College split with Randolph-Macon College in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) action at Panther Field on Senior Day. The Panthers fell in the opener 10-5 and won 5-4 in the nightcap. Will Davis, Sebastain Dexter, Jacob Gladstone, Jacob Helbling, and Andrew Wring were all honored before game one in a senior ceremony.

GAME ONE
Randolph-Macon broke the game wide open in the second inning, scoring five runs to lead 5-0. The Yellow Jackets would add one more in the third and three in the fifth, giving them a 9-0 lead. Clayton Michael drove in Ferrum's first two runs with a double down the right field line. In the bottom of the fifth Grayson Chitwood hit an RBI single, Bryce Thacker had an RBI groundout, and Justin Brady drove in a run. Randolph-Macon added one more run in the eighth, to lead 10-5.
Starter Will Davis pitched a complete game in his final collegiate baseball career here at Ferrum, throwing 149 pitches with seven strikeouts and just three walks.

GAME TWO
Ferrum scored a run off of Gladstone's RBI single to bring home Chitwood. Randolph-Macon scored three runs and grabbed the lead in the fourth, 3-1. Nick Funk tied the game up at 3-3 after his infield single with the bases loaded. The Yellow jackets took the lead in the top of the ninth, 4-3.
Ozzie Torres hit a walk-off 2 run single to right field to win the game in the bottom of the ninth inning. Closer Matthew Sheppard came on in relief and got his sixth win of the season.
