DOVER, Del. -- Ferrum College dropped a 4-1 non-conference field hockey game to Wesley College this afternoon at Drass Field. The Panthers led 1-0 midway through the first half but Wesley tied it before halftime, then scored three second-half goals.

How It HappenedKelly Savage scored in the 25th minute to spot Ferrum a 1-0 lead. Tthe Wolverines tied it on Kasey Fry's goal less than two minutes later and the game was tied 1-1 at the break. Allison Perugini scored the game-winning goal in the 41st minute, then netted another in the 53rd minute. Renee Schneider added an insurance goal with less than three minutes left to play.
