FERRUM, Va. -- Lorraine Armstrong's goal in the 66th minute of play broke a scoreless deadlock and lifted the visiting Royals to the non-conference win. Courtney Gosselin played all 70 minutes in net for Ferrum (1-4), making 12 saves. Hannah Daley and Kelsey Troyer split time evenly in net for Eastern Mennonite (1-5), combining for seven saves.
