MISENHEIMER, N.C. -- Ferrum College dropped the first game of a three-game non-conference baseball series on the road this weekend at Pfeiffer University, falling 7-6 tonight at Joe Ferebee Field.

THE BASICS
Ferrum trailed 6-0 after seven innings, but scored six runs in the eighth inning to tie the game.
Michael Dorsainvil had an RBI double,
Nathaniel Anthony had a two-RBI double,

Daegan Phillips had a two-RBI single in the top of the eighth. In the bottom of the eighth, Derek Perry singled to right field for the Falcons, advanced to second on a walk, moved to third on a throwing error, then scored the eventual game-winning run on a wild pitch.
