FERRUM, Va. -- Ferrum College picked up its first Old Dominion Athletic Conference women's lacrosse win of the season tonight at home, beating Randolph College 17-6 at W.B. Adams Stadium. Prior to the game, the Panthers' lone senior Jacklyn Prillaman was honored with a Senior Day ceremony.

THE BASICS
Ferrum jumped out to a 4-0 lead with a pair of goals by Micaela Harvey and one each by Kaitlyn Harley and Megan Allen.
Randolph got on the scoreboard at 14:47 when Dana Cavallo scored, then Tyrah Cobb-Davis put one in for the WildCats to make it a 4-2 game. The Panthers closed the first half with a 6-1 run to grab a 10-3 lead at the break.
Ferrum used an 8-3 run to control second-half play and close it out. Harley led all scorers with seven goals. Randolph goalkeeper Chrissy Shackelford made an impressive 14 saves. For the game, Ferrum out-shot Randolph 36-22.
