FERRUM, Va. - Ferrum College dropped both ends of a non-conference tennis doubleheader with visiting Bluefield College tonight at Burrows-Skeens Tennis Courts.  The Panther women lost 9-0, while the men fell 8-1.

Freshman Danny Khuorn was Ferrum's lone winner, picking up a three-set win at #3 singles for the men.  Khuorn took the opening set from the Rams' Carleton Tugman 6-3, then dropped the second set 6-4.  A super-tiebreak was used to decide the third set, with Khourn grinding out a 10-7 win.

Prior to the match, Coach Josh Parmenter and the team honored lone graduating senior Tyler Lee with a Senior Day Ceremony.  See video below.  Both Panther teams are scheduled to play at Maryville College Friday, April 4.  The USA South Athletic Conference matches are set to begin at 3:00 p.m. in Maryville, Tennessee.
