COACH'S THOUGHTS
"I'm very proud of the effort our men put out tonight," said Coach Rod Baker. "They had to fight through intense wind and cold temperatures, both teams had to battle the elements just as much as their opponents. And the women worked hard to keep their win streak alive. Everyone played very well, with Morgan having to win her #1 singles match in a third set tiebreak for the second day in a row."
BACK ON COURT
Baker's women return to action Saturday, March 17, at Salem College. The USA South match gets underway at 1:00 p.m. in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Both Panther teams will then host Guilford College in non-conference play Sunday, March 18, beginning at 2:00 p.m.
